Founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Northern Star Behaviour Services is a consulting agency of excellence which serves families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities. We are a guiding light helping those families understand, grow, and feel empowered to take on their child’s care needs. We use data-driven, evidence-based interventions and strategies that make a meaningful difference in the lives of families.

Our exceptionally trained Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to give families an evidenced-based and meaningful approach to their child’s development with lasting outcomes. Whether it’s help with challenging behaviour, complex communication needs, self-help, or social skills, our staff work to support families.

Our dedicated and energetic Behaviour Interventionists work with children diagnosed with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities in our clients’ homes monitoring the child’s progress and providing parent training, education, and support services by implementing ABA therapy.

We’re seeking empathetic and highly specialized Board Certified Behaviour Analysts and skilled Behaviour Interventionists able to address children’s and families’ needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
